When Clinton and Yeltsin together met God, Clinton asked God,
"When will my fellow citizens become happy?" God replied,
"In twenty years." Then, Clinton started crying and ran out of the room.
Next was Yeltsin's turn and he asked the same question,
"When will my fellow people become happy?"
Then, God ran out of the room crying.
